Your password is encrypted from the moment you create your account. Every time you log in, your session is verified against your registered device and IP region. If we detect unusual access, we lock the account until you verify it.

We keep full records of every deposit, withdrawal, and bet you place for twelve months. These records are the foundation for resolving disputes and proving your account activity if you request a statement or file a withdrawal appeal.

Payment Verification

Yes. You can request account closure in Settings > Account > Close Account. Your balance must be zero before we process the closure. After you submit the request, your account is locked immediately and cannot be reopened. All associated data is archived per our retention policy.

Our terms prohibit opening more than one account per person. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same player, we will suspend all of them and hold the combined balance pending investigation. You can appeal the decision in writing to [email protected] with proof of identity.
